The Labour run Birmingham City Council have announced their plans to introduce charges to the car parks at several sites they own in and around the City including in the Lickey Hills.
One of my key priorities when you voted for me in 2019 was to protect our free parking. The Lickey Hills are a great asset for Birmingham; my grandparents have stories of visiting these Hills and everyone who grew up in the area knows them.
The public transport links are not great and with the cost of living going up we need to ensure that activities like visiting a beautiful area such as the Lickey Hills is kept free.
So sign the petition to stop Labour in Birmingham charging us to park at the Lickey Hills.
