Many local people have contacted me about the lack of a lift on the southbound platform in Longbridge. While the ramp is okay for some people, lone wheelchair users, and the elderly have struggled to walk the long distance up and have been asking for a lift to be installed.
Longbridge has a new town centre and business park coming soon. It's vital our public transport is truly accessible to everyone.
