Following Birmingham City Councils ‘effective’ bankruptcy, which will see Council Tax UP by 20%, closure of Libraries and community centres and HUGE cut-backs in Council Services.
The Council has now announced plans to move bin collections to fortnightly.
That is why I have launched my petition below OPPOSING this move.
